Being in the film business
When you are the only kid in a graphic design college, shooting videos on a handycam and editing them later to woo your friends, you feel that you have just made it. Then you pass out of college and look around & realise you are not alone. And suddenly you feel like that you are too small on this Google Earth. And there are always stories of that one kid who won the Sundance Festival and guess what... he is of your age.
But thats not a deterrent. It excites you and excited us for sure. From small college videos to little bigger videos to that one corporate client we scored to one shoddy short film to music videos, bigger corporate films, vfx work, feature films, ad films and commercial films. We have traveled this path and continue to journey along aiming at better quality and better storytelling.
This field requires one to be well versed with the art of storytelling and the craft of it. Being updated about the latest cinema gear, attending product launches, discussing best shooting methods, being part of screenplay and film workshops , networking with film individuals, meetings, brainstorming sessions, storyboarding, teaching film... Yes. We are into this fulltime and we are not leaving.
-Bharath MC (Creative Director)
The length of a film should be directly related to the endurance of the human bladder.
